Refund policy

At Weird Ireland, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s what you need to know:

1. Digital & Print-on-Demand Products
All our products are made to order through Printful, which means they’re printed specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind orders once your order has been processed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace your item or issue a full refund.

3. Incorrect Orders
If we’ve sent you the wrong product, size, or design, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Printful’s fulfillment network. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and details of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can place a new order for the item you want while requesting a refund for the original (if eligible).
